Lambda AI Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Uptown Swipe mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our service to you.

A. Personal Data

While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). This includes, but is not limited to:

Email Address: Collected via Google Sign-In, Microsoft Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In.
First and Last Name: Collected via Social SSO providers.
Device Identifiers: Used specifically for Push Notifications.

B. Authentication Data (SSO)

We use Google Sign-In, Microsoft Sign-In and Apple Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication) to verify your identity. These services will provide us with certain personal information such as your name and email address to pre-populate our registration form.

3. Push Notifications

If you choose to enable push notifications, we use the Expo Push Service and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send updates and alerts to your device. To do this, we collect a unique "Push Token" generated by your device. You can opt-out of these notifications at any time through your device settings.

4. Use of Data

Lambda AI Solutions LLC uses the collected data for various purposes:

To provide and maintain the App.
To notify you about changes to our service.
To allow you to participate in interactive features (e.g., swiping).
To provide customer support.
To gather analysis so that we can improve the App.

We employ third-party companies due to their specialized services:

Google Firebase: For authentication, database hosting, and crash reporting.
Expo (650 Industries, Inc.): For push notification delivery.
Apple Inc.: For authentication and App Store services.
Microsoft: For authentication

6. Data Deletion Rights

Under various global privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request the deletion of your data.

How to Delete: You may delete your account directly within the App Settings or contact us at Louis@Lambdaaisolutions.com to request a manual deletion of all records associated with your email.

7. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and utilize the secure infrastructure of Google Firebase for data at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
